  • Virtual Sessions: Convenient coaching conducted via Google Meet, FaceTime, or phone call.

    • Ideal for clients who prefer flexibility or who are located outside the Kearsarge Region.

  • In-Person Sessions: Available for local clients in the Kearsarge Region of New Hampshire. We can meet at a local location that works best for you—whether it's a coffee shop, library, or a co-working space.

  • Book a Session: Choose your preferred option—individual sessions or a package—and select either virtual or in-person (if you’re local to the Kearsarge Region).
